Squid saute...

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb squid, sliced.
1 tsp parsley flakes.
1 tbsp grated garlic.
1/2 tsp red chili powder.
1/8 tsp black pepper powder.
Salt to taste.
2 tbsp olive oil or canola oil.

METHOD:

Saute the grated garlic in oil for few seconds.  Add the remaining ingredients and saute for 3 to 4  more minutes.  Remove from fire and serve.
