INGREDIENTS:
Rice flour - 3 cups.
Gram flour (yellow split peas flour) - 1 cup.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
Asafoetida powder - 1/2 tsp.
Hot oil - 2-3 tbsp.
Water to mix.
Oil to fry.
