Chicken pieces.
1 cup all purpose flour.
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp black pepper.
1 egg.
1/2 cup milk.
Canola oil to fry.
METHOD:
Season chicken with salt and little pepper.
Combine flour, black pepper and salt. Set aside.
Combine egg and milk. Dip the chicken pieces in egg mixture, and dredge in the flour mixture. Again dip in the egg mixture and dredge in the flour mixture, coating well. Repeat with remaining chicken pieces.
Heat oil in a skillet and place the chicken pieces and fry over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes or until its golden brown, turn occasionally. Drain the fried pieces on paper towel. Serve hot.
