Paratha...
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour - 2 cups.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Adequate water to mix the dough.
Butter - 1/2 cup.
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
METHOD:
Sieve flour, add salt, oil and water to make a stiff dough. Knead well. Divide in to even sized balls. Roll out to 20 cm circles. Smear butter, sprinkle little flour over and fold. Again smear butter, sprinkle little flour and fold. Roll out in to triangle shapes. Heat griddle, fry on both sides and serve with potato curry or any meat curry.
