Pancake Mix ingredients:
2 eggs.
1/2 cup milk.
3/4 cup all purpose flour.
1/4 tsp salt.
1 tsp sugar.
1/2 tbsp butter or oil.
1/2 tsp baking soda.
Method:
Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add egg, oil and milk, blend with whisk thoroughly. Set aside for at least 15 minutes. Pour one big spoonful of the batter on to a hot, lightly oiled skillet. Cook until bubbles appear. Serve with butter and syrup.
