Dates milk shake...

INGREDIENTS:

About 8 to 10 dates, (pitted).
2 cups milk.

METHOD:
In a blender, blend the dates, with 3/4 cup milk, until its smooth.
Add the remaining milk and blend well.
Stir in the honey (if desired) and serve.
