Spinach dip....

INGREDIENTS:

One 8 oz neufchatel cheese.
1/4cup sour cream.
1/2 cup milk or buttermilk.
1/4 cup mayonnaise.
2 cups chopped spinach.
Salt if needed.

METHOD:
Combine the first four ingredients, mix well until blended.  Stir in the spinach and mix well. 
Serve with vegetables or chips.
