Sambar powder :(A)

INGREDIENTS:

Coriander seeds, whole  -  225 gm (1/2 lb).
Red chilies  -  250 gm.
Split red gram  - 50 gm.
Lentil -  50 gm.
Fenugreek seeds  10 gm.
Turmeric -  1 inch piece.
Asafotida  - 20 gm.
Dry coconut  -  250 gm. 

Roast all the ingredients and powder.
