Lime Rice.(B)

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup cooked rice.
3 tbsp lime juice.
2 tbsp oil.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
1/2 tsp fenugreek.
Dash asafoetida powder.
1 tsp split green gram.
1 tsp split black gram.
1 tsp mustard seeds.
1 tbsp peanuts.
1 sprig curry leaves.
3-4 red chilies.
Salt to taste.

METHOD:

Roast and powder fenugreek and black gram. Mix with rice. Add salt and lime juice. Heat oil, fry nuts, curry leaves, mustard seeds, asafoetida, split green gram, turmeric powder, and red chilies. Add rice mixture and mix well. Serve hot.
