Cranberry pickle...

INGREDIENTS:

12 oz cranberries.
25 garlic cloves.
1 tsp salt.
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp red chilie powder.
1/4 cup olive oil.
1 sprig curry leaves.

METHOD:
Heat oil add the curry leaves, garlic cloves and saute.  Gradually add the cranberries, salt, chilie powder, little water, cover and cook till its soft.  Mash with back of the spoon  and mix well.  Add more salt if needed and remove from heat.
