INGREDIENTS:
Chicken breast with ribs.
2 stalk celery.
1 medium sized onion.
3-4 garlic cloves.
1 tsp salt.
1/2 tsp black pepper.
Water to make the stock.
2 tbsp all purpose flour.
1-2 tbsp butter.
1/2 cup cream or milk.
Salt and pepper to taste.
METHOD:
Cook the first seven ingredients for half hour or until the meat is well cooked.
Strain the stock and reserve. Discard the vegetables. Shred the meat and reserve.
Heat butter, stir in the flour and cook for a minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add the reserved stock and cook until smooth and thick. Stir in the cream, chicken pieces and bring to boil. Add salt and powdered black pepper to taste and serve.
