Turkey vege bake...

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups leftover roast turkey, shredded.
3 cups bread stuffing.
8 oz baby portabella mushroom, sliced.
1 cup cream of chicken or cream of mushroom.
1/2 cup milk.
Chesse mix (optional).

METHOD:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Combine all the ingredients and bake in a 8x6-inch baking dish for 30 minutes.
         OR
Spread the shredded turkey in the baking dish, arrange the mushrooms on top and then top with the bread stuffing.  Mix the cream of chicken and milk, pour over it and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese mix on top and serve.
