Spritz cookies...

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups all purpose flour.
3/4 cup butter.
3/4 cup sugar.
2 tbsp milk.
1 egg yolk.
1/4 tsp almond extract.
1 tsp vanilla extract.
1/2 tsp salt.
Cookie press.

DECORATIVE TOPPINGS:
Nonpareils, coloured sugar.

METHOD:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees, F.
Thoroughly cream butter, sugar, yolk and milk. 
Gradually add the extracts, salt and flour.  Beat well to make smooth dough. 
Place the dough in to the cookie press and press the dough on to the cookie sheet.
Sprinkle cookies with decorative toppings. 
Bake 8 minutes or until light golden colour.  Do not over bake.
Remove cookies to wire rack and cool completely.
Store in tightly covered jar.
