INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup rice flour.
1/4 cup almond flour.
2 tbsp ground flax seeds.
1/4 cup grated sweet potato.
1/2 tsp salt.
Boiling water to mix.
2 1/2 cup coconut milk.
1/4 cup sugar.
METHOD:
Mix the first five ingredients with boiling water and make a stiff dough. Divide in to even sized small balls. Heat the coconut milk and when it boils, add the prepared balls and cook till its soft.
Add sugar and serve.
