INGREDIENTS:
1 cup paneer.
1 cup potato, steamed and mashed.
3 to 4 green chilies, seeded and chopped.
2 inch piece ginger, grated.
1/4 cup chopped cilantro.
1 sprig mint, chopped.
1 tsp salt.
1 medium sized onion, chopped finely.
1 small egg.
1 tsp all purpose seasoning.
2 tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans or cashew nuts.
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs.
Oil to fry.
METHOD:
Combine all the ingredients except oil. Mix well.
Add more bread crumbs if needed. Divide in to even sized balls.
Flatten the balls in to any shapes.
Heat oil and fry the cutlets on medium heat, till golden brown colour.
Drain and serve hot.
